what the fuck sos! there is no fucking way that somebody elses initials should appear on the raddes at sheepcote. I found it and id'd it, so why does someone who merely took a picture of it get his initials. as I haven't yet submitted the record personally this makes it all the more annoying. the sos is shit, always has been, always will be, and its this kind of action that really pisses me off.

I completely agree. The number of people of get their initials in the reports who didn't find or ID the bird but becus they put a description in or photographed it, it's stupid.
I agree with you completley. He also claimed River Warbler, well...we all know the truth behind that dont we...the little shit...

You've just shot yourself in the foot - how can you be credited with a record you haven't submitted? :)
That's not the point though Chris... No one should put in a record form unless they find or identify a bird; or if the finder doesn't want to do it, but you should always tell them too anyway!
