havent bothered going out for about a month now but at least some signs of spring in the last few days. grey plover, lapwing, wigeon, oystercatcher, fieldfare, song thrush and redwing have been heard flying over the garden at night. this weekend, hundreds of black headed gulls have been on the move and at arlington, the scandinavian rock pipit was still on the dam wall and also 2 oystercatchers and 16 sand martins.
